360 Feedback as a Development Tool enables you to recognise your strengths and development needs and, therefore, become more effective in your job role.
The Feedback process provides you with a unique opportunity to receive anonymous feedback from individuals who work closely with you as to how they perceive you in your role.
You are then able to use this feedback to further develop your skills, have greater self insight and create your own personal development plan.
Your 360 Development Programme will culminate with a Feedback Session from a professional coach who will help you to bring your Development Plan to ‘life’.
Your 360 Workbook will support you throughout the process and help you reflect on feedback you receive prior to your Feedback Session.

Your on-line 360 is being managed through Leadership in Action Ltd (LIA), a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) approved centre able to offer nationally accredited qualifications from team leader through to strategic manager.
